From Route 80 going East:

1) Take Rte 80 East to Exit 67 (Bogota/Ridgefield Park).  At the top of the exit ramp, turn left (crossing over rte 80).

2) Continue for 1.8 miles on Palisade Avenue. 

3) Make a left turn into parking lot of 870 Palisade Avenue (Doctor's Building).  Parking is underneath the building. This is two short blocks after the intersection with Cedar Lane.

4) Take the elevator to the 3d floor.

From Route 80 going West:

1)  Take Exit 70 - Teaneck.

2)  Follow exit to 1st light- making a left at the light and merging onto DeGraw Avenue.

3) Continue on DeGraw ( moving left into the center lane - do not turn Right onto Teaneck Road. ) for 1.1 miles. At the third light make a Right onto Palisade Avenue.

4) Continue for 1 mile on Palisade Avenue. 

5) Make a left turn into parking lot of 870 Palisade Avenue (Doctor's Building).  Parking is underneath the building. This is two short blocks after the intersection with Cedar Lane.

6) Take the elevator to the 3d floor.

Directions from New Jersey Turnpike:

1) Follow signs to Route 95 (towards George Washington Bridge) after Turnpike ends.  Move into Right lane ( Local Traffic) and follow signs to Exit 70B- Teaneck.  Upon exiting you will merge onto DeGraw Avenue .

2) Continue on DeGraw ( moving left into the center lane - do not turn Right onto Teaneck Road. ) for 1.1 miles. At the third light make a Right onto Palisade Avenue.

3) Continue for 1 mile on Palisade Avenue. 

4) Make a left turn into parking lot of 870 Palisade Avenue (Doctor's Building).  Parking is underneath the building. This is two short blocks after the intersection with Cedar Lane.

5) Take the elevator to the 3d floor.

Directions from Garden State Parkway ( North)

1)From South Jersey take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 161 ( Route 4 East, Paramus). 

2)As you merge into traffic from the exit ramp move over to the left lane. Follow the sign for Route 4. 

3)Travel about 3.8 miles and exit on Queen Anne Road.

4)As you exit follow the sign towards “Ridgefield Park” – making a left onto Queen Anne Road. 

5)At the first light ( 2 blocks) make a right onto Grayson. 

6)Go one block – at that light make a left onto Palisade Avenue. 

7)870 Palisade Avenue will be on your right – an office building with a sign “Doctor’s Building” immediately after a Flower and Garden Shop.  The driveway into the parking lot is after the building – make a right down the driveway - the parking is under the building.

8) Take the elevator to the 3d floor.
